General Shipping

Age Verification:


We have partnered up with AgeCheker.net , a world class provider of online/real-time Identity Verification and Knowledge Based Authentication Solutions to ensure all customers meet the legal smoking age of the state in which they reside. All orders are filtered through AgeChecker.net Verification Service.

If we are unable to verify your age, we will contact you for further verification or ship your order with adult signature required service. Adult signature shipments require an adult 21 years of age with a government issued ID to sign for the package.

We reserve the right to refuse any orders without notice.

Once the age verification is complete, there is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method. However, we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible.

 

 

International Shipping

At this current time, we regret that LoadUP Vape Supply is not setup to ship products international. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate you looking towards us for your vaping needs.

 

Shipping Schedule

Orders are typically shipped out within 24 business hours, after the order has been received. In many cases, orders that are received before 10:00am during normal business hours will ship out the same day. Packages leave our facility Monday – Friday. Exclusions to the schedule include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.

The time frames listed are typical turnaround times for packaging and shipping and order out. If you have a question about the shipping schedule we invite you to contact us so we can work with you on shipping services, so we can make sure your package arrives on time.

 Late Shipments
We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us. 
However, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions. These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier:

Holiday Schedule

Orders that are received, or shipped, during a national recognized holiday will experience travel delays. Although LoadUP Vape Supply may be open for business and packaging orders, the freight courier will be closed and packages will not move. Shipping Interruptions

UPS shall not be liable for any interruption of delivery service due to a cause beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • The absence of a person or the refusal of such person of accepting the delivery of the shipment
  • Action of the public authorities
  • Riots, strikes, or other labor disputes, public disturbances
  • Factors that disrupts the air and ground transportation systems such as weather conditions and natural disasters, and an act of God.

Understanding Shipping Services

FREE SHIPPING Applies only to the USA lower 48 States, Alaska & Hawaii.

 

With LoadUP Vape Supply, we can virtually ship to any address within the US. We utilize of variety of shipping methods to ensure that you receive your product within the time frame you want to receive it. When using our webstore, our shopping cart system will calculate freight costs based on a few elements to ensure you receive the correct shipping price.

 

These elements are:

 

  • Size and weight of the package
  • Shipping method chosen
  • Distance of travel

 

Shipping prices will be calculated before check out. When choosing a shipping method, don’t worry about possible lost package situations. All packages that leave our facility are insured and a tracking number will be issued with the package, so you can follow the package if needed.

 

Signature Waiver – Insured packages need to be signed for to ensure proper delivery. If you opt to waive a signature, for the convenience to have your package left at your door or mailbox, please note that insurance for the package is also waived.

 

Express Shipping – If you choose a shipping method that guarantees a delivery date, LoadUP Vape Supply will ensure the package is shipped within the time frame necessary to meet the required delivery time. If the order is received after the shipping cut-off time, your order will ship the next business day. No fault lies with LoadUP Vape Supply or the courier, as the order was received after the required time frame to ship the same day.

 

To help you choose the appropriate shipping service for your order, we have outlined the travel times by shipping service. Shipping services that do not offer a guaranteed delivery date are subject to be late.

Shipping to Different Addresses

All first time orders are required to ship to the billing address listed with the credit card.  If you are unable to receive your order at the billing address location you may want to reach out to

us to discuss other options. 

 

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please note the condition of the package and contact us within 48 business hours. If the carrier is with you when you receive your package, please note the condition of the package with the carrier. Please keep all original packaging as we may need it for our internal claim process.

 

Lost Packages

If your package has a guaranteed delivery date and it does not arrive within the time frame suggested, please call us the next business day. For packages that ship using a normal service, please allow 5 business days before contact us. Sometimes due to weather, package quantity and other industry related setback can cause a package to be delayed.

If you package does not arrive after the grace period, please contact us so we can submit a claim with the carrier. Please note that the lost package process can take 1-3 weeks to complete depending on the level of inquiries the carrier may be investigating. If the package cannot be traced and is deemed as lost, a replacement order will be shipped out.

 

Warranty Claims

If you experience any issues with any of your new products from LoadUP Vape Supply, we ask that you contact us immediately. We care about your experience and if there is an issue with the product you received, we want to make sure that it is rectified. If the product has been used, we still want you to contact us but depending on the manufacturer’s warranty policy, we may need to involve them with the warranty process.

 

Returns Policy

It’s important to us that you are pleased with your products. However, due to safety reasons we do not accept returns on the juices we sell. If you are displeased with the flavor that you purchased, contact us and we will work with you on getting a substitute. Please note that we will not send out a different flavor due to a personal dislike. 

  • In the event that you receive a broken bottle of juice, or the seal is broken and your product is leaking, we will gladly work with you through our “Damaged Package” process and ensure a replacement product or order is provided. The original seal must be intact or we will not be able to replace.
  • Equipment returns on defective units must have all original packaging & parts.  We will exchange equipment only if it shows no signs of physical damage.  Customers are subject to pay the return shipping charges and may be subject to a 15% restock fee if you do not purchase a replacement order of equal or greater value.
  • Products that have been used cannot be returned, sorry.
